Communication is sharing information between two or more individuals, the act of conveying information. Communication has so many components, and failing to communicate in the workplace effectively is commonplace. The power of courageous, focused, and skilful conversation ensures that the essential message never gets lost in translation and staff are fully aware of what they need to be doing and how they will be held to account.
This course will enable staff to know and develop the required methods of ensuring a courageous conversion meets the needs of the school, department, staff member, and of course, improves outcomes for the children.
