Health and nutrition are crucial to every early years setting, now more than ever. This course will enable practitioners to understand why health and nutrition are important for young children, and the benefits that can come from having a balanced diet.

This course will also cover the impacts of having poor health and nutrition, as well as the long-term problems unhealthy children may face in later life.
