Disabilities can be both physical, learning, or sometimes both. It is the responsibility of all early years practitioners to support the development and learning of children with disabilities, ensuring that they learn and develop to the best of their potential, while ensuring that they are recognised as unique individuals. This is hugely rewarding but can be challenging.
This course will enable staff to understand what disabilities are and the different types. This course will also ensure that you know exactly how best to support children with disabilities.
