A child between 0 and 5 develops at an extraordinary pace. This journey of motor skills discovery is peppered with developmental milestones. These are a huge focus for both practitioners and parents. Each stage is unique to the child and brings with it more risk and challenge. As well as using the EYFS as a guide in assessing and planning for physical milestones, child development also has to be considered.
This course is designed for all early years staff and will enable them to effectively understand the developmental phases and how they can support them.
