We tune into babies when they cry in order to find out what is wrong, so we can address their needs, yet we don’t always do this with older children. Why not? We often expect that once children are talking they will be able to tell us what’s the matter, but this is often not the case.
During this training, you will discover how all behaviour is a form of communication and learn how to identify underlying issues so that support can be put in place.
